A "black hat hacker" (also known as a cracker) is a hacker who violates computer security with malicious intent or for personal gain. Black hat hackers break into secure networks to destroy data or make the network unusable for those who are authorized to use the network. Ingredients 150 gm egg noodle 150 gm boneless chicken meat 1/2 a fish cake (sliced thinly)(optional) 5 fish balls(halved) 100 gm prawns(with or without shells) 2 cloves garlic(minced) Seasoning: 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp light soya sauce 2-3 tbsp thick soya sauce 1 cup chicken stock or plain water, salt, sugar 1 tsp cornflour (mix with 3 tbsp water) Method Heat 3 tbsp oil .Stir fry garlic until light brown. Add in chicken meat, prawns ,fish cake and fish balls Stir fry until meat cooks. Add noodles and all the seasoning except the cornflour mixture. Bring to boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Thicken the noodle gravy by adding cornflour mixture Stir one or two time and close the fire. Dish out. Serve hot.
Chicken Rice
Ingredients 1 big chicken (clean and cut into 12 pcs) 600 gm long grain rice (wash and drain) 960 ml chicken stock 3 nips garlic (chopped finely) 1/2 chicken cube (optional) 2 screwpine leaves (knotted)(optional) 2 tbsp chicken lard/oil 1 tbsp margerine 1/4 tsp salt Method Take a bit of chicken fat and extract oil. (add the fat in a wok and leave it in the fire. Theoil will come out by itself) .Throw the fat away and leave the oil in the wok. Add in themargerine and fry the chopped garlic until fragrant. Add in the drained rice and combinethe rice with the garlic for 1 -2 minutes. Close fire. Transfer the rice to a rice cooker. Addin the chicken stock, screwpine leaves, crumble the chicken cube and salt.Cook until rice is done. Stir with a fork. (Note: For those who do not want to use the lard,substitute with margerine) Method For the Chicken: Boil the chicken with water to get the chicken stock. Dish out the chicken in a bowl. Sievethe chicken stock before using.Marinate the chicken with 4 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp thick soya sauce, 2 tbsp light soya sauce,Add a few drops of sesame oil, 1/4 tsp salt and 1-1/2 tsp sugar.Deep fry the chicken in oil or roast it in the oven (220o C for 15-20 min) (Since thechicken is already cooked fry it for 5 min only)

Ingredients 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 large onions, chopped 1 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes 1 tablespoon crushed ginger 6 cloves garlic, crushed 2 lbs lamb, cut in 3/4 inch cubes 2 teaspoons dried lemon grass or 3 stalks fresh lemongrass, with ends crushed 2 cups water 3 cups coconut milk, divided 1 teaspoon sugar salt Method Fry onion, red pepper flakes, ginger root and garlic in 3 Tbsp oil. When golden brown, add meat, lemon grass, water, and 1 1/2 cups coconut milk. Bring to a boil. When meat is almost cooked, add sugar and remaining coconut milk. Return to a boil. Lower heat and allow to simmer until very tender, about 1 1/2 hours. When done, meat will be very tender and much of the liquid should have evaporated giving the dish a stew-like quality. Add salt to taste and serve with rice.flour.

High levels of triglycerides carry an increased risk of metabolic abnormalities and increased risk ofheart disease and premature death.When we eat, our food, especially carbohydrates, is broken down into glucose so that it can be used to power every cell in our bodies.However, to be used as energy rather than stored as fat, glucose requires the help of insulin.Insulin is a hormone secreted by the pancreas. Its job is to serve as a key that unlocks your body cells so that glucose can enterand be used by the cells as energy. Fat cells, particularly abdominal fat cells, lessen the sensitivity to insulin, making it harder forglucose to pass through cell walls. Because the glucose can enter the cells, it remains in the bloodstream (high blood sugar). Thepancreas responds by producing and releasing more insulin. This cycle repeats itself and grows worse over time. This is what leadsto metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes.

If you have limited time to cook, you can double the time you do have by doubling the recipe. Instead of roasting one chicken, roast two. Instead of baking two sweet potatoes for your dinner, bake four and take the leftovers to work for a quick snack. Instead of making six cups of soup, make twelve and freeze the extra in small containers.Each weekend, put together a stash of quick snacks for the office. Load up a lunch bag or tote with your favorite fruits,nuts, cheese sticks, yogurts and containers of soup and other standbys and stick it in the fridge until Monday morning. Keep an inexpensive blender at work, as well as your favorite protein powder, a small container of milk or almond milk, and a few Ziploc bags of frozen fruit. You be able to grab a smoothie when hunger hits or you dont have time for lunch.Try a few new foods each week. Whenthe mixture has come together, looking like coarsebreadcrumbs, add the milk or water. 2 Gently pat together to form a small ball of dough.Wrap and leave to rest for an hour. 3 Cut thin slices of your pastry (or you can roll outif you prefer) and place in and around the bottomand sides of your 30cm/12" tin. 4 Push the pastry together and level out and tidyup the sides. Cover and leave to rest in the freezerfor about 1 hour. 5 Pre-heat your oven to 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4,and bake the pastry for around 15 minutes untillightly golden. Reduce the oven temperature to170C/325F/Gas Mark 3. 6 While the pastry is in the oven, toast the pinenutsunder the grill. 7 Using a spatula, or a food processor, whip the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 8 Stir in your pinenuts, add the eggs one at a time,then fold in the honey, flour,thyme, orange zestand salt. Spoon into the tart shell and bake for 30-35 minutes. 9 Add a few uncooked pinenuts to the top of themixture for decoration 10 Serve with caramelised figs (grilled with a littlesugar), creme fraiche and a little lemon thyme.

Method Preheat oven and an appropriately sized roastingtray to 220c/425f/Gas 7 1 Wash your chicken inside and out, and pay drywith kitchen paper. Using your fingers, part thebreast skin from the breast meat. 2 It's important to try to push your hand gentlydown the breast, being careful not to rip the skin. 3 With a peeler, remove and chop the fragrantyellow skin of the lemon, keeping the peeled lemonto one side. 4 Tear up your prosciutto and add to a bowl withthe lemon skin, garlic and thyme. 5 Season and scrunch it all into the butter. Pushthis into the space you have made between themeat and skin - rub and massage any that's leftoverin and around the bird. 6 Slash the thigh meat to allow the heat topenetrate a little more, which makes it taste better.Halve the peeled lemon and push it into the cavity.Put your chicken in the hot tray and roast in thepreheated oven for 20 minutes. 7 While the chicken is cooking, parboil the potatoesin salted water for 10 minutes and drain. Cut theceleriac into irregular chunks around the same size as the potatoes. 8 Remove the chicken from the oven, by whichtime the tasty butter will have melted, flavouredand cooked out of the chicken into the bottom ofthe tray, awaiting your potatoes and celeriac. 9 Put a fork into the cavity of the chicken and lift itout of the tray for 20 seconds while you toss andcoat the vegetables in the butter. Put the chickenback on top of the vegetables and cook for around40 minutes. 10 Stand for 10 minutes. Once the meat andvegetables have been removed, a light gravy can bemade in the tray on the hob with stock, a splash ofwine, a little simmering and some scraping.
Reunion supper
Method 1 Pinch the skin and peel from thebottom to the top, then quarter them.Rip the mozzarella into small piecesand place on a plate with the peaches.Lightly season. 2 Lay a couple of slices of prosciuttoover the top. Dress your mixed saladleaves and torn-up mint with a littleof the olive oil and lemon juicedressing. Throw the leaves on top ofthe plate.
